Chiltern Teaching School Alliance has been awarded Lead School status for grant funding in 2018 to 2019 and 2019 to 2020.  (Funding was awarded to one regional hub lead school in each of the seven regional school commissioner (RSC) regions.)   CTSA is now responsible for allocating funding to individual school-led projects and for coordinating the fund across our region.

All projects must be designed and delivered by schools offering tailored leadership development activity to aspiring leaders from underrepresented groups, based on an audit of local needs.
