Lea Manor High School is a secondary school, situated in Luton, that joined Chiltern Learning Trust in 2023. The school has not had an Ofsted inspection since joining the Trust and is currently graded inadequate. 

Lea Manor’s school improvement plan embodies the schools “No Shortcuts to Success” motto as it represents the unquantified determination to provide the community of north Luton a secondary school that will support pupils to flourish in a safe, happy and ambitious school.
