Chiltern Teaching School, part of Chiltern Learning Trust is proud to be a centre of excellence supporting schools. Our Teaching school is made up of several areas:
- Teaching School Hubs
- Behaviour and Attendance Hubs
- Succession planning and talent management support
- School-to-school support and expertise sharing (including Specialist Leaders of Education - SLEs).
Our commitment extends beyond our region through our renowned online community. Our YouTube channel hosts a wide variety of development sessions delivered by leading educators, providing support to staff across the country and the globe. We also remain at the forefront of educational research and development through strong links with national networks, ensuring our partnership schools benefit from the latest knowledge and practice.

Chiltern Teaching School Hub (CTSH) is a Department for Education Centre for Excellence proudly recruiting, developing, and retaining the very best practitioners across schools in Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Hertfordshire (East and North).
An organisation committed to a vision of high achievement for all through collaboration, local expertise, and high quality provision at every stage of the 'golden thread' of teacher development.
As a strategic partnership, CTSH provides comprehensive training and support, focused on:
- Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
- Delivery of the Early Career Framework (ECF)
- Appropriate Body (AB) services
- National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)
- Continuing professional and leadership development
