ACHIEVEMENT AND STANDARDS
Although each of our schools retains its individual identity and history, the desire for excellence and high achievement for all learners, regardless of their background or ability, is the common underpinning feature of all fifteen schools.
We work together, using our very best teachers and leaders to raise the outcomes and opportunities for every child, sharing best practice and expertise amongst staff to raise participation and narrow gaps in achievement.
In 2023 and 2024, our schools celebrated significant achievements, with strong GCSE outcomes placing five of our Luton schools among the highest-performing in the region. This was complemented by the continual improvement of KS2 results and excellent A-Level results. Ofsted accountability outcomes were equally impressive, underscoring the high standards within our schools. Additionally, four headteacher allocations were made internally, highlighting our commitment to leadership development and nurturing leadership talent from within.
